And for that, we recommend to use the route planning, which is an activity to find the shortest route  to deliver a service or a product . When reducing the distance of your daily routes, they will also save money spent on gas.

Second, encourage employees to be more effective when processing orders, and packing the trucks in order to reduce and minimize damage of our products while in transit from the company to the stores.

Next, the miscommunication with suppliers and customer may lead to the errors made in the order, in addition to incomplete documentation is clearly a TQM issue.
Customer satisfaction will be achieved by implementing TQM techniques like employee involvement and continuous improvement.

Establishing and involving problem solving teams will allow to find out the roots of issues. Special purpose teams can establish new techniques and procedures or process to make sure the communication between customer service representative , the customer and suppliers is improved and continuous. Furthermore, customer service representative should grow to self-management teams where employee involvement and production will  be at the highest.
